Training for food handlers

This course is designed for all food handlers involved in the preservation of food safety and public health.

It will allow the food handlers :

• To become aware of their responsibility in food handling in order to ensure safety
• To learn the standards and requirements for food handling and to be able to apply them.

Content :

• One day training (6 hours) meeting the regulations established by the MAPAQ.
• Customized training tailored to the needs of the company.
• Dynamic presentation with audio-visual support, including practical exercises.
• Certificates issued by the MAPAQ for participants who passed the exam.
• Training proposed to Bio-Contrôle’s clients for more than 10 years now.
