Audit and implementation of “Food Safety Management systems”
During the following years, Bio-Contrôle has developed an expertise in the field of auditing “Food Safety Management Systems” for the sector of food production and processing. The company can count on the services of experienced auditors covering many HACCP certification standards (Codex Alimentarius, FSEP, ISO 22000, FCSS 22000).
In addition, the company has developed an expertise in implementing these standards using a simple and structured documentation. It has created a suitable and effective set-up model, including compliance to the new “Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program.”
Computerized checks of food safety
For Supermarkets and Restaurant sector, Bio-Contrôle has developed a paperless inspection program which enables customers to quickly check via a secured web interface the results of the evaluations conducted in different operation sites. An update of the data is automatically done and reports are ready to be printed. Statistical reports are also available online.
Food Analysis
The company’s approach is often accompanied by food testing programs. These tests are performed by an accredited laboratory. The company takes care of building the programs and makes the interpretation of the results for its clients. Food safety training
